We are a family-run business, operated by brothers Jarratt and Trent, who bring a combined 38 years of experience in the construction and civil industries.

Jarratt is a licensed builder with a strong background as a site and project manager, having overseen high-end residential and commercial developments for tier two builders. He is also the founder and director of Building Inspections Sydney, where he has earned a reputation as a trusted expert in defect identification, rectification strategy, and NCC compliance.

Trent brings robust experience as a civil supervisor, having led major infrastructure projects across NSW for some of the country’s most reputable civil contractors. His attention to detail, logistical expertise, know-how on sourcing competitive pricing, and focus on safety and sequencing ensure projects are delivered with maximum efficiency and control.

Together, Jarratt and Trent lead every job with a hands-on approach. Their ability to combine remedial construction insight, technical compliance knowledge, and project management discipline means clients benefit from construction services that are proactive, transparent, and above industry standard.
