Renovation of an average size bathroom. Full transformation using mid-range materials and fittings, with all waterproofing works completed to Australian Standards and backed by a 10 year guarantee.

SYDNEY BATHROOM RENOVATION PROCESS
The bathroom renovation process begins with consultation and design, where we work with you to define the layout, functionality, and overall look of your space. This is followed by selecting finishes and products, ensuring all fixtures, tiles, and materials are finalised before construction begins. We then move into site preparation and protection, carefully preparing the area to minimise disruption to your home.
Once ready, the project progresses through bathroom demolition and into construction, including plumbing, waterproofing, tiling, and installation of fittings. The final stages include detailed quality checks, a thorough clean, and waste removal, ensuring your new bathroom is completed to a high standard and ready for use.

Consultation & Design
Our first stage is to book in a free consultation with one of our Project Managers. They will take the time to plan your bathroom design and understand your requirements. Along with your quote, our experts will provide you with ideas, products and fixtures, that will be the perfect accompaniment to your new bathroom.

Finishes & Product Choice
During the second consultation, we will provide you with a range of bathroom accessories, fittings, and tiles for you to choose from, or if you prefer, you may select your own items from other bathroom suppliers. We will discuss and formulate a time, fee schedule and an itemised quote - so that you know exactly how much you will need to pay (with no hidden extras).

Preparation & Protection
Prior to works commencing, we prepare a scope of works and a works programme. These two essential documents, provide our clients with a clear understanding of the schedule and how the works are executed. On the first day, our site supervisor will install our dust protection system. Floor and carpet protection, dust covers and dust curtains. This will ensure the rest of the house is kept clean and protected from building material.

Bathroom Demolition
Prior to bathroom demolition, our plumber and electrician will isolate the power and water to the bathroom. This ensures that the power and water can remain on through the rest of the house. It's an essential process to provide a safe environment within the work site. Care is taken during demolition to minimise dust, all waste is removed off site.
five.
Bathroom Construction
This is where you start to see your new bathroom design unfold, all our licensed trades commence according to the works programme.
The project Manager will co-ordinate all our trades, Plumbers, Waterproofers, Plasterers, Electricians, Tilers, Glazier's, Carpenters and Painters.
six.
Quality Checks & Final Clean
To maintain quality assurance, our Project Manager will thoroughly inspect and test the bathroom at each stage of the project.
Once satisfied, a final clean is conducted and the bathroom is handed over to the owner.

Warranties & Waste Removal
All the commissioning certificates, warranties and handbooks will be handed over to the owner.
All the waste and left over materials are removed off site, we are happy to leave the left over materials apon request.
